These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Chorda, including the website, web app, mobile apps, and desktop version.
By using Chorda, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
Chorda provides tools to search songs, analyze audio, transcribe chords, edit chord charts, and support music study. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for content you upload, edit, or share.
Account, plans, and credits
Some features may require an account, subscription, one-time purchase, or transcription/analysis credits. Prices, taxes, access periods, cancellations, and refunds follow the rules of the purchase platform, such as Google Play, Microsoft Store, Stripe, or another provider shown at checkout.
Content and copyright
You must use Chorda in compliance with copyrights, licenses, and applicable laws. Transcriptions, chord charts, lyrics, comments, images, and setlists created or submitted by you remain your responsibility. Chorda may remove or restrict content when there is evidence of infringement, abuse, or legal risk.
Automatic features and AI
Transcription, harmonic analysis, key detection, metronome, tuner, and score generation results may contain errors. Use the material as study support and review it before performances, publication, or professional decisions.
Permitted use
- Do not bypass plan limits, credits, ads, or authentication mechanisms.
- Do not submit malware, illegal or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Do not use reverse engineering, abusive automation, or scraping to harm the Service.
- Do not share private links or other people’s data without authorization.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, supported platforms, and these terms. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chorda is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions, decisions based on automatic results, or misuse of the Service by you or third parties.
